Week 2
This week was spent practising sketching on our tablets in class. Using a stylus pen we draw on the tablets and it appears on the computer screen in the program Sketchbook Designer. Sketching is something that is very useful when you are trying to convey an idea or just getting something on paper. Also for the last two days so Thursday and Friday we were assigned a 2 day in-class assignment where we have to make two posters on a company and try to sell that company. The three company's we could choose from were Festo, Ornge, and Blackberry. I choose the compnay Ornge and tryed to represent their hardwork as best as I could.
In this sketch, I was trying to get comfortable with drawing on the tablets so I was given the photo on the left and used that as a guide to draw the photo on the right.
In this sketch, I used the camera photos on the left to try sketching them as shown on the right side.
This sketch of the Nissan GTR, I made by tracing it on top of the real car image and then deleting that image. I did this to just get used to the tools.
